RapidHands is the Stick handling Training Station that every player should be training with.  It teaches players to navigate quick hands with a heads up display.  RapidHands presents you with a series of sixteen stick handling targets, and measures your performance based on your hand speed and puck precision. These measurements are converted into points based on your performance and you can share your stats on the Internet as part of a world wide ranking
